Our company has a substantial base of “blue chip” clients, particularly in the private sector property development and investor markets. The client base includes both domestic and off-shore companies. Approximately 90% of the client base is involved with various forms of development.

From its inception, our company provided planning advice to the University of Auckland and during a 10-year period of major expansion secured non-notified consents for several large projects across the five campuses, and engaged in both strategic planning and master planning assignments.
