 DAVID HAINES – DIRECTORDavid Haines is a Chartered Water and Environmental Manager and Chartered Town Planner with over 30 years experience in resource management and town planning. He has worked in both central and local government agencies in New Zealand and has practised as a consultant for the past 17 years in New Zealand, England, Wales and Fiji. David has dual qualifications in environmental management and planning, being a member of the Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management and holding a Bachelor of Town Planning degree from the University of Auckland and UK planning qualifications from the University of West of England (Bristol). He is also a member of the New Zealand Planning Institute and the Royal Town Planning Institute. |
